About
A trade company, run off its own site
K. O THATCH GROUP, TREE FELLING AND CONSTRUCTION COMPANY works from Blue Hills in Midrand on thatching, tree felling and construction for private homes, lodges and commercial properties.
Who we are
We are a thatching company that also fells trees and builds. That combination is deliberate: a thatch roof is only as good as the structure under it and the trees around it, and having one crew handle all three keeps the responsibility in one place.
Work ranges from a garden gazebo or a single dangerous tree through to full roofs on houses and lodges, along with the brickwork, framing and outdoor structures that go with them.
Quotes are given in writing after someone has looked at the site. If a roof does not need replacing, we will say so and price the repair instead.
What to expect
- A site visit before any price is given.
- A written quote with the work itemised.
- The same crew from the first pole to the last comb.
- The site swept and offcuts removed at the end of the work.
- A straight answer if the job is not worth doing the way it was asked for.
